After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."

They have dented the washer and dryer. Dented the fridge. Textured and painted over all the kitchen appliances. Broke 3 brand new ceiling fans. Created a leak from an upstairs toilet due to an incomplete toilet installation. Cut holes in our walls and have admitted that it will it be fixed. Their workers have been drinking on the job. They have left the house unlocked after hours. We have caught places where they skipped painting behind the appliances. They broke a brand new toilet. They damaged electronics in the garage. We have corrected multiple invoices as they have billed us incorrectly. Now they’re jumping from this job and have left us with an answer of “no party involved will be happy with the end result, I am not making money on this deal.” We are so extremely disappointed. We have hole in our walls in the middle of a Kansas winter. There is no installation in the ceiling and numerous repairs have gone un fixed. In addition to broken appliances. We will never recommend this company"
