"The service for the big deal from One Choice Mechanical for air conditioner tune up was fine. It was fine. They came in and I wasn't there. My mother was able to meet the man who came over. She said that it didn't take very long and everything was fine and paid. It went just fine, it was great. It was worth the money. There were no repairs. He didn't say, well, you need this, you need this, you need this, nothing, no. It was a nice experience. I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. "Sometime in November 2013, unbeknownst to me, a water pipe leak occurred under the foundation of my house. It was only brought to my attention when I got a huge sewer and water bill totaling almost $1000 in late December. I called Greenwell Plumbing and they came out within a few days to look at the problem. They apologized for me having to wait a few days, but this was when this area was experiencing very cold temperatures and pipes were freezing and bursting and the plumbing companies were swamped with people calling about flooding homes. I understood this completely. When they came to the house they spent quite some time trying to locate the leak and finally suggested that I call the American Leak Detection Company.which I did. For anyone who has an underground (under the foundation) leak, this company is a Godsend. This company came the very next day and Greenwell was here to meet them. Within 20 minutes of being in the house, the leak detection company had located the leak in the kitchen. Greenwell immediately started jack hammering through the ceramic tile floor and into the foundation. We soon heard the gushing of the water from the leak. This was quite a large leak as my December water bill had said that I had used over 50,000 gallons of water in one month!!! After fixing the leak by replacing the pipe, and then pouring concrete into the hole to fill it up, they cleaned up the mess and left. Throughout the entire process they answered any questions I had and apologized for having to mess up my kitchen floor, which I had just had installed a few months before. The plumbers were friendly, polite and professional. I have recommended them to several people and would call them again with any future problems.

"First, I can only speak on behalf of the HVAC section of this company. I must say, they took care of us, and we truly recognize and appreciate it! Our home is 20 years old and with that comes with lots of maintenance as every homeowner can attest to. We have two HVAC systems one for the first floor and basement and one for the second floor. Our first floor unit went out last year. We had SEVERAL quotes for the unit last year and Danhauer gave us a steal on the system. Jacob, their sales rep, came out and spoke with us. He was very, very friendly and easy to talk to. He made promises to us that he followed through with which, in this day and age, is harder to come by. We LOVED our first floor unit as it worked like a dream (we got a Carrier with a heat pump). This year, our second floor unit was going out. Again, we got MANY quotes from all major companies (and there are many). Jacob came to quote us again and offered the SAME price as last year for the unit this year. To us that was a bargain because it was priced so well even for last year’s standard. We took it! I must say, this time around we had issues with the installation, and it didn’t work at first.. we of course had record 100 degree days so a lot of things were working against us. Despite all this, Danhauer came through for us after coming back to our house a number of times. They sent their best techs (Bill, Shawn, and especially Tyler) to help solve the problem. At first they replaced the coil but it ended up being something else. At the end, they ended up reinstalling a whole brand new BIGGER system for us (at no extra charge from the original price of a smaller system) and sent a reliable team (Keith and JB) to ensure the install went smoothly. We were in communication with Danhauer and Jacob in particular who gave us his personal cell and promised we would be taken care of until all was finally fixed and working beautifully. And sure enough it’s exactly what they did. Even though we had some complications, Danhauer stood by their word and took care of us at no extra charge (and a bigger system too because that’s what it took!). THANK YOU, DANHAUER to your entire team! We highly recommend you all and appreciate all the follow up and diligent work in making sure we were in good hands!"

"We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed.
