"Although this wasn't an emergency or a rush job, less than 24 hours after submitting the request the job is complete (removing 2 water lines between the kitchen and an old outdoor laundry area, reconnecting kitchen lines with new shut-offs, and re-routing the kitchen drain line and tying it back into the stack). There was one little piece that he didn't have with him to cap off a hose bib outside and he was ready to drive 20 minutes to Lowes until I stopped him. Excellent customer service. Very reasonable price. Going to call Clay again for the new hot water heater and washing machine hookup as soon as the electrical is ready."

My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. "This has been my best experience with Angies List.  I purchased the deal on Monday the 8th and after submitting my request, I had a phone call within a hour or two.  The service agent was extremely courteous and worked with my schedule to have a plumber at my house the next day.  I received a call to confirm the appointment and was even offered an earlier slot. As described the plumber was at my house on time.  The plumber Norman, listened to my issue, evaluated the line and gave me his suggestion on what action to take.  He did not try to up sell me on anything, he did explain the pros and cons of the service and then got to work. 
The plumber took his time, was respectful of my property and cleaned up any traces of his work. 
Bottom line, our kitchen sink was running slow and we had several quotes from $199 / $1200 for repairs, with this deal our drain was unclogged for under $50.  Deal or no deal I found a plumbing company I can work with in the future.
