"Although this wasn't an emergency or a rush job, less than 24 hours after submitting the request the job is complete (removing 2 water lines between the kitchen and an old outdoor laundry area, reconnecting kitchen lines with new shut-offs, and re-routing the kitchen drain line and tying it back into the stack). There was one little piece that he didn't have with him to cap off a hose bib outside and he was ready to drive 20 minutes to Lowes until I stopped him. Excellent customer service. The company that delivered the toilet was not associated with Aces. But Joanne at Aces handled the rescheduling with no problem. The installation went perfectly and Dave did an excellent job. "Experience with 3D Solar was great from start to finish. I did a lot of research and had financing lined up for the project before contacting 3D. I wanted a PV system large enough to produce enough power thru the year to offset completely or close to my entire power bill. The original company i was working with Vivint Solar wanted to charge 10k more for the same amount of Kw installed (10.44Kw). Ryan 3D sales/finance rep emailed me within 30 min of me requesting a quote. Within 3 weeks of initial contact my house was done. 3D exceeded my expectations and the entire team was great and professional, sales, financing, office staff, and the installation crew. I even had the owner of the company stop by the house while the crew was finishing up their install to check up on how things were going and to meet and talk with me about my experience. County inspections were done a day later and passed on first inspection. Now just waiting for duke to install a two way meter and reap the rewards of solar energy."
