"Bobby from Top Service was the first Pro to contact me. I explained what I needed prior to me returning to Florida from NY. I texted him upon my arrival that my garage door spring had broken. He gave me an estimate by email that day and was out the following to measure. We planned a November install due to the time it takes to get a permit. The permit was started that day and they were told to go ahead and install as the permit process was started. I got a call from Bobby the following day that they had a door and could install on Saturday. This all happened from Oct 8 to the 12th. We made plans for a 9:30 install on Saturday the 12th, he called he was early could he come earlier? By all means please do and he was there by about 8:45 and quick to start the door replacement. He explained every step and every detail and the wind rating and inspection procedure that will happen in November some time. I cannot say enough about this man and his Uncle Hector who worked beside him. They are very friendly, professional and courteous men. I would recommend these guys and this company to everyone!! "They came to fix the garage door problem 4 times and I was not sure if there were separate issues. We first noticed that the trolley on the chain was not moving properly. Someone came and put on a chain drive switch. We paid for the part and labor. It worked for a week or so, and the garage door was not going up properly again. The same staff came for the second time and said he forgot to turn back on a switch after he completed the job. So, he turned the switch on and then left. Two months later, the garage door was not going up again. That time, the service man replaced the gear and sprocket along with a roller. Again, we paid for the part and labor. The garage door was not working few weeks later. The service man they sent for the fourth time sounded very knowledgeable. He switched the previously installed roller to a "heavy duty" roller and tightened some of the cables. Now, it works properly for almost a year. All the workers they sent were punctual, nice, and professional. However, I am not in the field and could not tell if the problem should be fixed in one setting. Well, the problem(s) was/were finally fixed. As far as setting up appointments with them, the lady from the service department was very accommodating and helpful. She did not mind answering my questions before sending someone over. The guy in that department was not.
