"We had a different plumber come out 2 days before. He told us that he was going to call the city because he thought it might be a problem in the main line. The city was out that evening. They told us they were going to have to come back the next morning and dig up the alley to the main line and run a camera through. The next day the city dug a huge hole in the alley. The workman called me out to watch the camera run through. The city also came in the yard, ran the camera through the lines, and put die in the toilet that wasn't working, There were five city workers that were at my for several hours and still couldn't find where the pipes came in for that bathroom. The City workers were great! They filled the hole back in and cleaned up all of their mess. It was as if they weren't ever there. They determined that it was in our property and was not a part of the city, They highly recommended Mr. Wilson's plumbing. Todd from Mr. Wilson's came out that day and worked for several hours. He ran a camera and located the problem. He informed us that we are going to have to replace the pipes in the back yard and this will take several days. Since we had a full house of guests staying with us,he got the toilet and shower working for the time being. The next morning, the owner of Mr. Wilson's came out with Todd and went over everything. Todd gave us a fair price and they are starting tomorrow. I am quite pleased.
