"1st Action Plumbing and Heating replaced our furnace and hot water heater. Iâ m happy with the work they did. The crew that did the work were great. They explained everything in understandable detail. They stay in contact about when they will arrive and are on time."

"Our family was having issues with black specks coming through hot water lines and into our daughters bath. We hired Benjamin Franklin and specifically Ilija came to inspect. He troubleshot the situation, provided a quote and eased my concern that a full hot water heater replacement may not fix the problem. He assured me it would with a guarantee. That alleviated my stress that the problem would be resolved and we proactively replaced an 11 year old heater."

"Matt addressed my needs immediately. The day before company was coming for the Easter weekend my hot water heater started leaking water -- isn't this always when emergencies like this happen? Then you're dealing with guests, the holidays and no hot water! Matt came over immediately after our first contact and we were good to go a couple of hours later -- with a new awesome hot water heater! Thanks Matt! "Taylor Longwell from Lion Home Service installed my 50 gallon gas water heater. he was prompt, friendly, competent, and a real pleasure to deal with. He did a fantastic job installing it and brought everything up to code. I'm very pleased with the work. I also appreciate that he gave me 3 quotes to choose the price and services I wanted with absolutely no pressure. "My insulation layer on the external water pipe broke during the winter and there was a crack on the pipe. I did not realize it until the spring. Polar Bear plumbing expert Mr. Steve Gardner came in and did a thorough inspection and gave me a list of options. The next day, he came in and fixed everything very professionally, including replacing the pipe, properly positioning it, adding an additional drain to prevent future freezing and cracking, replacing the other elbows along the pipe to prevent future breakdowns, and properly insulating the entire pipe from the wall to the ground. Mr. Gardner is very laid-back and does not only seek to get the job done correctly but also aims to build a long-term relationship. He actually put himself in my boots. The price is also very reasonable for the service and the knowledge I got."

"Went awesome they did really good work. I definitely would call them again and recommend to anybody that needs work done."
