The next day, he came in and fixed everything very professionally, including replacing the pipe, properly positioning it, adding an additional drain to prevent future freezing and cracking, replacing the other elbows along the pipe to prevent future breakdowns, and properly insulating the entire pipe from the wall to the ground.
