"I hired Kirk to design a lap pool and surrounding patio for our home.  On his first visit, we discussed the basic features that I wanted in the pool, such as the shape, size, and water features. We also discussed the size of a patio cover and the materials to build and a patio deck.  During this first visit, we also discussed how to improve the view from the home, such as planting trees in key locations, and whether to include an infinity edge on the pool.  I was very impressed by Kirks knowledge of landscaping, pools, and architectural design. <br /> Two weeks later, Kirk returned with the design of our pool and patio and reviewed each item on the drawing with my wife and I.  We were very happy with his initial design and we are now in the process of getting bids from pool companies.  Once the pool construction is underway, we will have Kirk return to help us with picking out plants for the surrounding garden. <br /> Overall, I was very impressed with Kirk's level of knowledge and ability to visualize a design that met our needs and sense of style.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a landscape design."

"Spazio LA is THE BEST!!! We just completed a whole house remodel of our 2,250 sf home, inside and out and the result is stunning! "We applied for architectural control approval and the contractor prepared the building permit.  Final approval to start construction took 6 weeks, but once it was started, Patio Warehouse completed the project and cleaned up the area to our complete satisfaction within their proposed schedule and price.  The Patio Warehouse crew repaired the deck by cleaning and filling all dry rotted wood. They then covered the top of the joists with metal caps to protect the wood from water and installed high grade outdoor flooring rather than just replacing the existing 1x4? wood flooring.  The installed patio cover is beautiful, and the upstairs deck is better than the original deck. <br />"

"L.A. Custom Grill Islands is highly recommended. I live in Santa Barbara and looked all over to find the right combination of cost and quality. At first I was concerned that working with someone out of town would be a problem - but it was not at all. <br /> Working with Brock is a pleasure. He knows everything about grills, grill islands, and fireplaces. He helped design both pieces so they fit perfectly in our yard and was never pushy. He even made the drive to our house and took photos of the yard, which he then turned into renderings showing exactly what the pieces would look like in place. He <br /> had no problem going through several rounds of minor design changes and would always follow up with new drawings. <br /> He also saves us about $1000 with a custom outdoor fireplace. He designed a unit to the specs of a prefabricated model we were going to purchase, which was less money and allowed us to match the tile and trim of the grill island. <br /> Brock and his crew delivered and installed the island and fireplace to Santa Barbara, for a nominal charge. Everything <br /> was smooth and it ended up looking and working just like we had hoped. This is where the beauty of the drawings come in - there were no surprises about the size or fit. I had already purchased the grill components separately, prior to ordering the island. Brock had no problem installing them, but probably could have sold me the items for the same or <br /> less. <br /> After dealing with a few other companies and either getting very expensive quotes or vague promises about design and timelines, I am very happy I found Brock and his company. I highly recommend calling them if you live in Southern California and are considering a grill island or outdoor fireplace."
