"We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend!

Amy was very sweet and polite during all our contacts, and she returned our calls very promptly. The service manager Jake was also easily accessible. The Journeyman Aaron, and other technicians Robert and Trevor were all knowledgeable, worked hard without taking a break and were polite and followed our request to wear a mask all the time when they were inside the home. We can tell that everyone has been with the company for a while and is happy to continue working in this company. We are very satisfied with their work and will definitely use their services in the future."

"They accidentally overcharged me by a $114, in which I had to call them to get my refund. I felt the price was a little steep being that they did not actually have to repair anything. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. This was a 5 minute diagnosis repair that cost over $240. I do not mean to complain ,but is this the average cost for something like this? He explained in detail the differences and we decided to stick with the tank. Once we made our decision, it was only several days before they came and installed the new water heater.
