He advised us to procure the part independently and provided a total cost estimate of $470, which included an $80 discount for arranging the repair after the necessary parts were obtained. We ordered the required components and set up another appointment. The second plumber replaced the gasket and subsequently charged us an additional $310 beyond the original estimate. My husband, unaware of this, settled the payment. To this day, with multiple phone calls to them, nobody ever called us back or refunded us the extra charge ! Can you trust a company like this !!!"
