I thought it was leaking and had to be replaced, but he pointed out it was the expansion tank partially relieving and he did a maintenance on the heater rather than take an opportunity to install a new tank-about a $6000 job. "I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

"So I had a VERY old Janitrol gas boiler which was actually working fine up until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a little bit of water intermittently. Then the last week the leaking was sow yet much more constant. The leaking was coming from under the cement platform it sat on, so wasn t 100 percent sure it was the boiler. Until the recently installed (by another company) automatic water feeder started feeding about every 3 hours. Went on HomeAdvisor, On Time Piping and Heating was one of the first companies to pop up. Received a call from Matty almost immediately. This was a Saturday night, and he stopped by my house the next morning, determined that it was indeed a leaking boiler that needed to be replaced. Matty and his crew came out on Tuesday morning, arrived at 7am, and by approx 10am had a new working Williamson boiler. About 3 hours later their electrician came out and did the finishing touches. Their electrician noticed an issue with the previously installed automatic water feeder, and Matty had two of his team members come out two days later to put in a new electronic automatic water feeder which is much more compatible with the new boiler. Now everything is working great and much more efficiently. Matty and his crew are like family. Work great together, busting each other s chops in a friendly manner while quickly and effectively completing the job at hand. Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and they do not talk down to you. I recommend them to anybody who wants top notch, quick, and effective work done on their home heating system. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect.
