Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. The cheaper AC unit that came with the house had major coil leaks and needed to be replaced which he did a few days later when he returned with new upgraded York AC unit. Great experience with this company and highly recommend. Especially happy with the speed of service and repair since other companies were telling me it would be 2 to 3 weeks just to come out to diag.
