All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."

"The project went as expected for my 1969 built condo. The team was able to complete the asbestos removal in 3 days for 1000+ sqft popcorn ceilings. Some of the ceiling was high and difficult to reach. The team were able to finish the work efficiently without any issue. One thing you should keep in mind that the dry wall will damaged and need to be repaired and repainted. That is expected and not included in the removal contract."
