"Hugo is always up front with cost. He and his team are helpful with all our pool and hot tub needs. They have replaced our furnace this year. We are very satisfied with their service."

"The initial call from Gary was literally moments after I clicked the Send Button on Service Magic. Good communication, and good follow up. I will call them directly in the future for any work that needs to be done on my Tub. Thanks!"

"We had two jobs done on two different days. We had to call back to arrange a time to have the other work completed. On the day of service, they were supposed to call when they were on there way. They never call. Fortunately one of us was home. The door to the garage was installed with an uneven gap on the bottom, so now we need to get a piece of weather stripping for the bottom of the door and complete the job ourselves. The filler they used to fill the nail holes on the kitchen trim is a red clay color that was used very liberally. Now we need to do a bunch of sanding and repaint all of the trim. They did reinstall our bathroom sink correctly. We did not expect to have to do this much follow up work. We would not hire them again."

"Ray and his team from Palm Construction recently replaced my old roof with new one. They were quick, well organized and did excellent job. There were no mistakes and communication with Ray was great. He really cares about customer satisfaction and I am more than satisfied with the outcome and with service provided from this company! Thank you!"

"They were able to work with our schedule. They did the work quickly and we no longer have a leak."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Sam diagnosed the problem quickly, replace the part and our hot tub was ready to go the same day :)"

"They came out and gave me a verbal quote with no written estimate for the extra work. On the day they were to perform the service, the contractor was running late, but at least they called to let me know. Communication with Tami in the office was very good. When the inspector came, he required that they come back and bond the water and gas lines before approval, which they did. The work was performed fine, but they don't get points for beauty... the hole he cut for the new panel was much bigger than the panel itself and the bond wires were run about six inches from the ceiling of my garage. Not very inconspicuous. On the day of the final work, I still hadn't seen any official invoices or paperwork. I only got the final invoice via email AFTER I had paid the contractor. To sum it up... work was acceptable, communication was good, price at first seemed good, but the cost of the meter mount seemed high. They should really provide written estimates and a final invoice BEFORE you are expected to pay."
