"The Gas company detected a gas leak and I really needed a good plumber fast - I didn’t know you needed a plumber to find and fix gas leaks in your house. I contacted several but Motion was the most reasonable and they explained exactly the process so I understood what was happening. They were prompt in fixing the problem the next day and very easy to communicate with with. They offered a great warranty and took the time to walk me through the work they performed. "I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater. "Jose is very competent at his job and courteous. He explained all that need to be done and also giving me options and for me to decide. He cleaned up afterwards. Cost was reasonable considering the amount of work performed. I would definitely recommend them especially for gas plumbing issues. Because researching for someone to work on gas plumbing needs to be certified. Not all plumbers work on gas lines."

"We smelled gas and suspect a gas leak from the meter and had a technician from SoCal Gas to come by to check it out. After the initial test, the technician said that we have a very small gas leak. We called around to find a reputable plumber. We also found Mike from All Service Plumbing but Mike missed our appointment by 4 hours. We call Albano next and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day, right on time, Eric shows up at the door. Eric checked out our gas line but didn’t find any gas leak. Eric said that he doesn’t know what to charge us for because in reality, there isn’t any gas leak. I love seeing this honesty in a business because I hardly see this honesty policy anymore nowadays. I asked Eric what can I do to maintain the gas line better and Eric suggested to do an upgrade on the valves. I agreed and the rest is history. I like Eric’s personality, I trust his work, he is professional, humble, honest. I even get a call from Ben (at the office). The Albano staffs are professional and I like it. I will keep Albano as a favorite. Ok here it goes: “Honesty is the best policy. You earn my trust, I give you my money.”"

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."

"Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements. We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up. We will be calling Marc and Ean for all of our future plumbing needs. This was a big job and I’ve never felt more confident in hired contractors. They are excellent to work with!"

"Let me commend Albert Guerra for the service he provided to us in diagnosing and repairing our clogged wash-machine drain pipe. He worked parts of two days to solve the problem. On the second day he arrived with a helper who brought along a high-technology snake camera that they used it to discover a broken-off rubber nozzle that had somehow gotten into the drain pipe and made its way down past a couple of bends, drastically reducing capacity. After asking permission, they removed a small section of the wall and replaced the affected section of pipe. Result: a wash machine that we can again use to launder our clothes and which no longer floods our laundry area and drywall walls or ceilings downstairs. Thumbs up to Drain-It Plumbing's for giving us honest and expert workmanship."
