"We recently had a significant amount of work done by Clear All Rooter Plumbing, and we couldnâ t be more impressed! The scope of work included: New Drains Under the Home: They hand-dug to remove the old cast iron main sewer pipe and drains for two bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry. They replaced everything with new ABS piping, ensuring proper slope and sizing, and pressure-tested the entire system. New Angle Stop and Supply Line: They installed a new quarter-turn angle stop and 20â supply line for the toilet, replacing the old system. New Water Lines and Pressure Regulator: They removed the existing horizontal water lines and installed new PEX water lines under the house, along with a shut-off ball valve, pressure regulator, pressure relief valve, and hose bib. They even opened drywall to inspect a leak and added an access panel, securing everything with pipe clamps and offering a 30-year warranty. Install ABS Clean-Out: They hand-dug and removed the old cast iron pipe, replacing it with a new 3â ABS pipe and a two-way ground-level clean-out, ensuring everything was pressure-tested and the hole was neatly backfilled with native soil. "I called at 8:15 a.m., explained that I had a leak between the water shut-off to the house and the connection pipe to the yard's sprinkler system.  They were able to schedule someone to be there between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. that day but said it would probably be between 9:00 and 9:30.  Sure enough, the plumber arrived about 9:15, quickly assessed the problem, explained clearly what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and did a fantastic job of replacing the leaking pipes and made the installation much better than it had been when originally installed. He also noticed that there was a leak between the faucet and where I attach the hose and he tightened and sealed this connection so it no longer leaks.   He cleaned everything up when he finished.  I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price and that this was truly a "professional craftsman".  Terrific job!"

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements. We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up. "Let me commend Albert Guerra for the service he provided to us in diagnosing and repairing our clogged wash-machine drain pipe. He worked parts of two days to solve the problem. On the second day he arrived with a helper who brought along a high-technology snake camera that they used it to discover a broken-off rubber nozzle that had somehow gotten into the drain pipe and made its way down past a couple of bends, drastically reducing capacity. After asking permission, they removed a small section of the wall and replaced the affected section of pipe. Result: a wash machine that we can again use to launder our clothes and which no longer floods our laundry area and drywall walls or ceilings downstairs.
