I contacted several but Motion was the most reasonable and they explained exactly the process so I understood what was happening. They were prompt in fixing the problem the next day and very easy to communicate with with. They offered a great warranty and took the time to walk me through the work they performed. "We smelled gas and suspect a gas leak from the meter and had a technician from SoCal Gas to come by to check it out. After the initial test, the technician said that we have a very small gas leak. We called around to find a reputable plumber. We also found Mike from All Service Plumbing but Mike missed our appointment by 4 hours. We call Albano next and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day, right on time, Eric shows up at the door. Eric checked out our gas line but didn’t find any gas leak. Eric said that he doesn’t know what to charge us for because in reality, there isn’t any gas leak. I love seeing this honesty in a business because I hardly see this honesty policy anymore nowadays. I asked Eric what can I do to maintain the gas line better and Eric suggested to do an upgrade on the valves. I agreed and the rest is history. I like Eric’s personality, I trust his work, he is professional, humble, honest. I even get a call from Ben (at the office). The Albano staffs are professional and I like it. "Jose is very competent at his job and courteous. He explained all that need to be done and also giving me options and for me to decide. He cleaned up afterwards. Cost was reasonable considering the amount of work performed. I would definitely recommend them especially for gas plumbing issues. Because researching for someone to work on gas plumbing needs to be certified. Not all plumbers work on gas lines."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them at our home, and their work was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with how fast the project came together and that is was fully completed the same day. We also had guests arriving soon, and there were going to be 6 people in the house that weekend, so we couldn't risk having a damaged water heater. So, they really saved us!!"
