"Ray was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appt. to come check out the job. The day he came, he gave me a written quote. I obtained other quotes but felt New Life was my best choice. He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. I would recommend Ray and New Life without hesitation as the job they did was fantastic and now we can enjoy our new looking house! I would use them again in a heartbeat."

Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. "I used KWD Electric 2 times in the recent past and was planning to write a review after the 3rd and final visit to my mother's house. The first to jobs went well, one "simple" (replacing 6 outlets) and one "complex" upgrading the service panel plus a couple other items. Ken was late both times and his responsiveness to my initial contact took a little too long but I overlooked that. The 3rd visit he was to replace all switches and outlets in the kitchen (after the renovation). On July 30th Ken's email stated a quote would follow in a  day or two. It is now August 26th and I am still waiting. Needless to say this is very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Update: Ken did apologize for forgetting and stated he would not take on more than he could schedule.
