"My experience with On Call Plumbing was excellent. Ed went above and beyond to make sure that our plumbing was fixed and our water was back on the same day he came out. We had 3 breaks in our pipes requiring finding the leaks, removing brick from the exterior walls to repair 2 of the breaks, and mortaring all of the bricks back into place. This took 7 hours going until after dark. We greatly appreciated that Ed was determined to complete the entire job that day. He also made sure to put pipe insulation (which the builders did not) on the pipes and added extra insulation inside the exterior wall. "<p>Called Randy on Monday and he was able to come over same day and perform video isolation test to determine source of sewer leaks in cast iron piping below the slab. 3 effected area - kitchen, laundry and master bath.  Randy and crew performed repairs the following day that included jackhammer slab, digging to problem area  and performed repairs.  Very neat and took steps to limit dust. He also noted that leaky water heater was under warranty - which I thought meant delays and work on my part to get credit - boy was I wrong - the Watermark team took care of ALL OF THAT!
