"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. They want to earn your repeat business not just make a quick buck off of you. Thank you John Berea,Oh"

"As before when I reviewed them, they not only got the job done, but these are sincerely good people who care. It's winter. It's freezing. My furnace stopped working. I bundled up, put my puppies in their sweaters, turned the space heaters on, and called them ASAP. They fit me right in. The men who came out were, as always, friendly, very professional, and nice to have working in the house. A part was needed that could have taken a couple days to receive; yet, they went and got it, and were back within a couple hours ... and then, there was heat! They are highly professional and skilled. What sets them above so many others though is that they are also honest, kind, and caring people who go out of their way to make sure the customer is safe and comfortable."

"Matt and his team were incredible. Not only did he come out the next day to quote me on a new AC System install, but he was responsive to text and emails, professional and VERY reasonable on costs/install for a new system, compared to other local HVAC installers. Within a week, I was able to get my system replaced and am very happy with the level and quality of service and professionalism from his guys. Miro was the main technician who handled the installation and was efficient, courteous and took the time to explain everything. A+ and 10/10 Highly recommended, I will certainly be using him again for any and all my HVAC needs!"

Hello! I am a 25 year old father who has some extra time on his hands often and doesn’t mind helping you out with your housework!

"We had an Angie's list Big deal tune up special from 2016 but were not able to use it as planned. So a year later we called Advanced Air. They got us on the schedule right away. At the visit we were given the condition of our central air system. It was leaking coolant. Mark Franks, the owner, gave us options. We chose to replacement. That done he told us he saw that there was a veterans discount. That said much to me of integrity. He walked through what to expect. His crew was prompt, personable and professional. Talking to us throughout the process, they were neat cleaning up as they went. Mark came later to oversee and contribute to the installation. I can't say enough good things. I would not only use them in the future but would highly recommend to anyone. We will no doubt broadcast to friends and neighbors that this is a quality, trustworthy company, invested in ensuring that when they leave there is a successful outcome and a satisfied customer."

"The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied. I will continue using their services and recommend them highly to all of my family and friends and anyone else reading this review. I don't think you will ever be disappointed working with the folks at this company. Plus- the price is competitive."

"The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! Once again I am a very satisfied customer and I wish I had called Gorjanc a few years ago!"

"Rich was prompt making the appointment for the estimate, on time, competitively priced, and quick turn around to the install. On the install day he text me to let me know he was on the way, was on time and did the work. Had drop cloths down to protect the floor, cleaned everything up and made sure all the pilots were lit for gas appliances after the job. He even troubleshoot an issues I was having with the furnace and it fired on the first try following. Great guy, great value, and perfect service!"
