I had two water heaters installed today and he was right on time, the price was fair - the water is not hot yet but I am sure he will be back if there is a problem. The heaters have a 10 year warranty so I appreciated his manufacturer of choice, AO Smith, and that he gave me the tags so I have the proof of the warranty. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing needs."
