Alex came out and gave us a good system that more that met our needs and was reasonable with the price. Within a few days two excellent techs came out to remove the old heat pump/ac unit. One minor mishap occurred and the company, tech and Alex could not have been more gracious about it and resolved the issue quickly. These guys really care.
