Russell Dodd from NETR came promptly and explained the entire system and installation in detail. Came back to review the installation before the install date. The NETR arranged the date and everyone involved in the installation showed up on time and performed in a professional, expert fashion. When everything was done, they explained how to work the unit and how to get an energy rebate. My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead. It is possible to heat/cool more than one spaces with one exterior heat pump unit and I didn't think about using it to heat my garage until too late.

"I had an on/off switch by the door that had done nothing since I purchased the house.  I believed that it should have turned the overhead light on/off. 
Jerry and Liam came at the expected time and removed the existing light and started troubleshooting a wiring issue.  The determined that the prior light had not been installed correctly to allow it to be turned on/off from multiple locations.  The over head light had been wired to the switch that should have been for the fan.  The sorted through the wiring and then installed the new ceiling fan verifying both switches were working correctly and added the switch so I could turn the fan on/off separately.

"After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future
