"Mr Roosevelt was wonderful during a nightmare situation with the home warranty company. He went to bat for me, was prompt, and patient with me as I was losing it with the home warranty company. All the repairs were done immediately upon approval and he even came back to make sure everything was working properly after the electrician ran new wiring at no charge. If I ever need a heating or ac guy again, they will be my first call."

"I called rather late in the morning because of just coming home from work. But he was out there to fix the A/C. --on time, too. It needed a starter switch because of the new grids in Robert, LA.
