"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. "The whole experience was very good. Being a widow, I appreciate the thoroughness which both Shane and JD used during this repair. They explained what they were doing and even showed pictures they had taken of the area and the lint they discovered. They replaced the belt, vacuumed out the lint within the area and checked my dryer hose, which I had recently replaced, for lint. They checked and cleaned the outside dryer exhaust area. They were both just great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for their great service! Shane was not here the whole time, but left after the drum was removed and it was confirmed that it was the belt that needed replacing. I thought that was a great way to handle this so only one tech was here doing the majority of the job. Shane came back later to help reinserting the drum. They worked well as a team."
