He was patient with the insurance company and then completed the work perfectly, timely, and safely so that the Tenant was able to remain in the residence at all times. Jim had to deal with various job difficulties such as one occasioned by the fact that the tub was about 60 years old and therefore its replacement necessitated installation of a different size tub (they don't make tubs in the old size anymore) and re-setting of pipes to enable the new tub to work."

Lastly the for the other toilet problem, he suggested I buy a toilet and he would install it saving me hundreds of dollars! He even gave me the brands that he liked for toilets. Brandon even checked my furnace, gave me some suggestions and gave me a quote on the water heaters that are close to replacement.
