"Pros: He came out the next day as promised and located the water line leak. He dug down and exposed the leak and the tree root causing it. He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

"There were 2 guys from Mello plumbing in Dallas, Ga. that showed up at my house to replace the 2 bathtub drains and fix the leak under the sink in the master bath. They were friendly, fast, efficient, and very professional. I thought that the entire job would probably last about 1- 1 1/2 hours and probably cost about $200. These guys were so efficient, they were in and out in about 20-25 min. and the total cost was only $95. I will definitely use them again in the future, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. "Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's.
