"Pipe Works is a team of real pros, from beginning to end. First, you have Tricia (sales) and John (system design specialist) helping me figure out the right system up front. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). "Frank was very helpful, on time & honest. He spent at least 40 minutes trying to assess the problem I noted and concluded that it was not a plumbing leak, but perhaps a leak from a window. It's a tricky issue, one wall, underneath a 2nd floor bathroom, has cracked, peeling paint, but no apparent/visible water damage anyplace in the house. Hope this is the right diagnosis! If my painter opens the wall and sees damage due to pipes, Frank will come back to repair. But, Frank didn't want to open the wall without any real proof of pipe leakage. Thought that was an honest approach. Frank did not charge for the appointment or assessing the problem which is unique in this day and age."
