He installed a filter that I'd already bought, checked the April Air humidifier and filter. Everything checked out OK. The technician was friendly and personable as was the one who came last year. Miro was the main technician who handled the installation and was efficient, courteous and took the time to explain everything. "Having used Apple Heating and Cooling in the past, I continue to be impressed with the professionalism of the people, from the office to the installers.  Because the outdoor unit was being relocated, there were certain access issues related to running the electric and line set connections (the house has no basement).  They were able to re-route all the connections to the outside unit without having to open up any finished interior walls or ceilings.  The price wasn't the lowest bid received, but was very competitive.  Overall, very pleased with the installation and equipment."

"The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied. I will continue using their services and recommend them highly to all of my family and friends and anyone else reading this review. "I was really happy with Gorjanc from the estimate to the installation. They were the most professional of the 6 companies that I had give us estimates. Price was right in line with everyone else. They were able to get our unit installed within a week of accepting the bid (not everyone else was able to do so). I highly recommend using them if you have the need for a new furnace or A/C unit."
