"Initial estimate was scheduled with no problem, they took the time to answer all the questions I had about the furnace replacement. I received estimated from 6 other HVAC companies and American Family was basically the lowest, but I also felt comfortable with the level of knowledge and experience that was conveyed at the estimate. I scheduled the install and was a bit disappointed that the installers did not show until 10 am or so, but that was not a big problem as I had assumed the job would take all day. The job took longer than expected (past 7pm) and the installer wound up having to replace an entire part of the intake duct work that he did not expect to, but in the end the unit and ductwork looked clean and sturdy and well intalled. The owner called for a follow up appointment and he came in to look at the install and make sure all the settings were correct on the furnace. He answered any questions I had at that time. All in all a good experience with a good company"

"Pat was wonderful. Very attentive and professional. Our water heater replacement was a huge challenge. It was located in a tight closet under a staircase and several gas lines had to be removed just to get it out. He then had to cut one of the top supply lines because the nut had seized up. Once he got it out and the new one was placed in, we realized the diameter was slightly larger then the old one was. After some maneuvering, it fit perfectly. One of the top supply lines had to be reconfigured, and another challenge was that it was hard to melt the soder to join the pipe together because of the difficulty to see, but Pat nailed it. No leaks! Great job! Highly recommended!"

"I had a great experience with Eric, the owner of this company. He showed up on time. He was knowledgable and didn't fix anything unless it required to be fixed. I had quite a bit of plumbing needs in my basement. I needed a new water heater, toilet, and sump pump. I was planning on removing the old water softener, but he managed to get it up and running. He installed new valves to replace the awful saddle valves that were there from previous owners. I knew from previous experience, that saddle valves would end up leaking if they were not taken care of. He was also REASONABLY priced. He wasn't scary high or oddly low. As a single mother, I felt safe in his presence and did not feel taken advantage of regarding the work involved. Eventually I will need to replace the water shut off valve and put in a new bathroom vanity. I will definitely hire him again! I'm so relieved to find a knowledgable plumber that does not take advantage of unknowledgeable people and who charge a reasonable and fair rate. "They started at 7:00 AM as planned were on time. The workers were very professional. They completed the installation by 6:00 PM at night. Installer said he smelled some,gas,by the water heater and replace the gas piping. Workers were very professional. Installed equipment looked awesome. They neatly routed the new suction and discharge piping as well as the pvc exhaust. They also redid the water heater piping and removed the old furnace vent piping. They,have a great warrantry compared to the other vendors who quoted. They,replaced the inlet duct assembly. Great job TDH. The equipment replaced a furnace and air conditioner that was 32 years old. They cleaned up and used temporary covers on the floor so as not to get it dirty. Hauled away old equipment. I highly recommend them if you are installing new/replacement HVAC. Brian who came over to quote the job and recommend the equipment was very good. I also liked that he still dos service calls. I thought overall it was a very good vale and am so glad I didn't wait until my HVAC to breakdown on a hot day or cold day as it was so old and not sounding good.
