"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

Several other companies either did not return my call or told me that they would no t help me unless I had a signed purchase contract. "House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
