It was located in a tight closet under a staircase and several gas lines had to be removed just to get it out. He then had to cut one of the top supply lines because the nut had seized up. Once he got it out and the new one was placed in, we realized the diameter was slightly larger then the old one was. After some maneuvering, it fit perfectly. One of the top supply lines had to be reconfigured, and another challenge was that it was hard to melt the soder to join the pipe together because of the difficulty to see, but Pat nailed it. No leaks! Great job! Highly recommended!"

"I had a great experience with Eric, the owner of this company. He showed up on time. He was knowledgable and didn't fix anything unless it required to be fixed. I had quite a bit of plumbing needs in my basement. I needed a new water heater, toilet, and sump pump. I was planning on removing the old water softener, but he managed to get it up and running. He installed new valves to replace the awful saddle valves that were there from previous owners. I knew from previous experience, that saddle valves would end up leaking if they were not taken care of. He was also REASONABLY priced. He wasn't scary high or oddly low. As a single mother, I felt safe in his presence and did not feel taken advantage of regarding the work involved. Eventually I will need to replace the water shut off valve and put in a new bathroom vanity. I will definitely hire him again! I'm so relieved to find a knowledgable plumber that does not take advantage of unknowledgeable people and who charge a reasonable and fair rate.
