"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"Had central ac unit for 21 years and scheduled consultation with Tony Pelligrino from Vaughan for Wednesday to spec & price new unit.  Old unit motor fan quit Tuesday night.  Tony was awesome, but the earliest install was Monday.  It was a rare July humid heat wave and Tony provided us with 2 window units to get us through the weekend.  Now that is customer service and a real lifesaver!  They worked well and we kept cool until Monday.  Crew of Jeff  S. and Mike G. were professional, courteous, quiet and great guys.  Install was flawless and jobsite was immaculate when they were finished at end of day.  I have been a Vaughan customer for years and will remain.  Why go elsewhere? They respond fast and provide reliable professional work and go above and beyond in the customer service department.  Thanks Vaughan! "Since that time, I have not  experienced any problems with the heater.  I would have no problem referring this company or the service representative to my friends.  It's not often a consumer finds decent, honest contractors who will stand behind their work.  Thank you for the referral."

"Amazing. I called them as a second opinion since my primary service provider was trying to repair my HVAC condenser with a very expensive trial and error approach. Fresh Air Flow was immediately available and within 20 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and it was repaired within a couple of hours. We will be moving our maintenance business to Fresh Air Flow."

"I was always called a "valued" customer by their people. No wonder, I finally got around to shopping for oil and found a local reputable heating oil supplier and service for slightly over $1 less per gallon! Service was fine but given what I now have I was paying far more for EQUAL service. This is a large conglomerate of bought up oil companies. Not even local to me."

"I would use this service again if needed. He was on time and was thorough. Very happy I called."

"He found the cause of air conditioner fail and quickly and efficiently repaired it at a fair cost."

"I suddenly had very low water pressure throughout my home. I needed a professional plumbing service and quick. Alliance Service Pros sent someone out the same day. Andrew diagnosed the cause and repaired it in a short amount of time. He tested the system before he left to make sure all was running well. I would highly recommend this company for the outstanding good service and the immediate response. Thank you, Alliance!"

"Just had AAC install a new central air conditioning system. Adam and John were both friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Were respectful of our property and kept a clean work area. Excellent value for the money. They worked thru some rough conditions, bearing up with 150+ degrees in the attic. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again when needed."

"Pros: Answered our request for service quickly. Professional, friendly service. Work was completed in one day (crew did a great job) New unit, with updated features, works great. Cons: sales consultant did not have updated pricing. He did not have business cards. Took 4 days for crew to come out and install new furnace. (Old furnace sprung a leak on the coldest day of the year). Forgot to give us detailed invoice."
