He explained in detail the differences and we decided to stick with the tank. Once we made our decision, it was only several days before they came and installed the new water heater. They covered our floors, weâ re very respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were finished. They were both pleasant, professional and efficient. Would recommend them highly. "The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time.
