However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"I can't give 5 stars but 4 stars is pretty good and I would recommend All Pro. Our plumber Noel was very prompt and courteous- he put in a new out side hose bib that works great. I also had him replaced the cartridge in a leaky bath tub faucet- but it was apparently a defective cartridge because the faucet continued to leak after he left. He did come back out and replace the defective one though, and it works great and all is well...."
