"A+ service. Water heater failed on a Sunday and I needed a replacement quick. I called and left a voicemail expecting I'd get a call on Monday. To my surprise, the gentleman returned my call Sunday night, obviously off the clock and spending time with his family. Unfortunately at this time I already booked an appointment with a big box company (Roto Rooter). That was my mistake. Roto Rooter didn't show up until 2 hours after their window with no call about being late. (Note that I left work early and spent 6 hours waiting their arrival; I called their service line multiple times and was told he'll be there soon). I was quickly told that the replacement would have to wait until the next day because of how late in the day it was and their warehouse was closed. I said "see ya" and would rather wait a couple days without hot water than go with a company that didn't seem to respect my time. I called Water Heaters Now back on Monday night around 630 PM. Again answered my call while spending time with family (could hear them in the background). Fit me in the next day. Technician arrived on time (even called to give me updates in advance so knew when I should leave work), was approachable and easy to talk to, walked me through what he'd be doing, and job was done within 2 hours. Before the tech left, he provided some tips to maintain and extend the life of my new water heater. Should have went with these guys first. Oh and side note ... I was reading through the reviews in advance of my first call and saw the F for poor customer service. Mistakes happen, and it was really refreshing to see the company acknowledge their mistake and own up to it. They obviously learned from it based on my experience these last couple days."

"I called for a service  on March 6, 2015 and the set up the appointment for between 1 and 4 pm, on March 9, 2015.
The called me again on March 9 at 10 am and reset the appointment for 11am and 12pm on March 9, 2015 as their repairman had a opening.  I agreed to the change and waited until 11:30 am and called them and said I had not heard from the repairman.  They assured me that he was on his way..  At about 12:30 the called me and said he could not make it because he had to take someone to rehab appointment, but said they would get someone there between 1pm and4 pm.
At 3:50 pm a guy in a delivery truck came to look at the softener..  He looked at the softener and after 5 - 10 minutes found that the new water I had installed 2 month ago, was sitting on top of the discharge water tubing preventing the softener from operating
Since he did not have a service truck he could not fix the softener.  He offered to send another service truck out the next day, but  I would have to pay another service charge.  I declined and said I would go to the hdwe store and buy and install a new tubing for the softener..
I was told over the phone that the service charge was going to be. $78.00.  What I wasn't told was that there is a$2.00 a minute charge for the time the "serviceman" was at my home for a total o $20.00.  I also was not informed that there would be a FUEL SURCHARGE of $4.96.  After reading this I decided I can not afford to call these people ever again.

"After various and outrageous quotes from local plumbing companies, I hired Yuriy and his crew to install a new Rinnai tankless water heating system at hour house. The project included the install of the new unit at a different location in the basement and the conversion/hookup to the main natural gas pipe which was feeding our furnace. We previously had an electric water heating tank system that lasted 23 years. The removal of the old tank was included as well. He also did about 12 feet of old galvanized pipe replacement with copper piping and various shut off valves, wall anchors and a hookup to an existing humidifier. The final price was fair and the work was done beautifully and on time. Any issues during the project (minor stuff) were tackled quickly and efficiently. It was really a very nice experience.
