"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. However, they recommended a water heater that would not have been suitable for my volume of use and would have been inefficient. That required two changes in the work. Fortunately I was paying attention, and they cheerfully did the changes. In addition, I authorized a partial payment on my credit card to start the work. When they finished the job, they made another charge for the balance without my authorization. I was satisfied with the final job, and they were entitled to be paid, but I did not like being charged the second time without being asked. So, in the end, they were very fast and pleasant, and they did good plumbing, but it was a bit of a struggle. I recommend them and would use them again, but you have to pay attention."

"I had called several plumbers for a problem with a Tankless Water heater and Plotke folks were really helpful.  Turned out I live outside of their service area, but the gentleman helped me troubleshoot anyway.  For example, he would look up an error code for my particular unit while I ran some tests, and talked me through and gave me information for good 15 minutes.  It really was too bad I wasn't able to go with them.  
Prior to calling them up, I had set up an appointment with a competitor who was quite sales oriented and slick.  After speaking with Plotke, and I decide to go with my instinct and cancel the appointment with the first company that felt too pushy.  I made a new appointment with another plumbing company who is in my area and was recommended by Plotke.
