"Jeremy Reel completed the install to perfection. He installed a 50A breaker and the Level 2 Charger. When the car was only charging to 32A he stayed and trouble shot the issue for an extra hour. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
