"Excellent.  They (the business owner Gary Scalese and 2 others) arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the task of removing the old door opener and installing the new opener, wall unit and sensors in less than 1 hour.  They even did some maintenance on the door tension springs...a heavy, 16 foot wide, wood door.  They were polite, professional and skilled...working as an experienced team.  They disposed of the old unit and packaging materials and the business owner took time to explain and demonstrate the operation of the new unit.  I am very happy with my new garage door opener and with the service provided.  My old opener was in use for 35 years and was starting to fail.  The new opener is much quieter using a belt rather than a chain mechanism and offers improved lighting, security and safety sensors.  I highly recommend S & S Overhead Door Co. <br />"

"It went as well as expected since I had Brian here before and his service at that time earned him a call for the new garage door opener. Brian explained the difference between a belt drive unit and a more economical chain drive alternative. I pretty much had it in my mind what I wanted and went with the belt drive with the battery back up (I'm tired of moving the door by hand during power outages) and also with wi-fi capability that lets me know when i forget to close the door! Obviously it was a more expensive alternative but well worth the money in my opinion. I'm bringing Brian back soon to replace the springs and the weather stripping which are also 20+ years old."
