"It is not simple. Had I had a very simple job that was take out the old one and put in a new one just like it. They were very economical. They did journeyman work. They would have been good for that kind of job. I had a complex project with a number of preexisting problems that they were unqualified to address. They were inexpensive. You get what you paid for. I had a back pressure problem and they told me it was working just fine. They were not up to the level that I needed for the problems that I had. I had to fight with these guys everyday. The price was superior. I would consider using them again if it was going to be a straight forward project. If I wanted someone to solve problems, measure ducts, and explain things to me these are not the guys. If I need someone to turn wrenches for cheap I would use them. They need to work on problem solving, patience in getting to the root cause of the problem. The workers were polite. My first impression in the bid process is that they were highly responsive. I happened to call on a Saturday afternoon thinking I would leave a message and have someone call me on Monday. I had someone call me back Saturday within the hour. It just so happened the guy answered the phone. I wouldn't expect that. If you have a simple job, straight forward these guys are price competitive."
