"Tom did a pre-inspection of the garage door issue I was having and thoroughly discussed the options. He is very knowledgeable and safety aware. The thing that stood out the most was that he came prepared. He fixed my garage door opener hanginging fixture that held the motor unit to the ceiling. He also reseated the garage door spring onto the wall in a more secure spot safely. He checked the alignment and greased the rollers so the garage door rolled smoothly. "We decided to replace our 21 year old shake roof since it was starting to leak and repairing it again would cost over $10,000.  We got three bids to replace the roof that ranged from $21,000 to $28,000.  The $28,000 bid was from HPH.  We decided to go with HPH because their sales team did a great job differentiating their status as a "Select Shingle Master" and the impact on the ability for the shingle manufacture to offer a 50 year warrantee.  HPH also offered financing through 1st Security Bank at a great interest rate which was also attractive to us. They also said they have a large crew of 12 installers that would complete the job in 3 or 4 days. The other companies that bid were not in the same position to offer this extended warrantee from the manufacturer or a low interest loan. 
HPH scheduled the installation to start a few weeks later.  The materials were delivered on the day their project manager Dan promised.  Where we started to run into issues was the date the work to remove the existing roof and replace it was to start.  Over the next week, we had to call HPH to find out if they were coming on the days they said they were.  Dan told us that they were finishing another job that was taking longer than expected.  Once the roofing crew did show up, they had 1/2 the number of installers we were expecting which made the removal of the existing roof and installation take several days longer. The crew completed the work replacing the roof and did a great job cleaning up.  There was no damage to our yard.
The project manager Dan followed up and came out to inspect the work and apologized for the delays and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.  The sales team also checked in to see if we were satisfied.  We told them that aside from the delays, we are pleased with the job.
