They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. We needed a railing system in this 1960ish home to increase safety.  Tom assisted us in selecting a style and materials.  Tom preferred that we purchase the supplies and he would do the labor.  I met him at the the lumber store and ordered the parts for the railing,  I volunteered to do all the staining and Tom came after to do the installation.  There were some tricky spots and he kept at it until we were all satisfied.  I would attach a photo if I can figure out how to do so!
