"After checking a few reviews I chose 360° Painting for my exterior house painting job. They sent out two painters, Irvin and Omar who I named my "dream team". They were on schedule every morning and always "hit the ground running" from the time they arrived till they left every evening. They both are professional, friendly, courteous, and extremely hard workers. I quickly noticed these guys have a daily plan for "rain or shine". And they always cleaned up before they rolled out. These guys truly make a perfect team. I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Niki. I'd call her a "on site" consultant. She and I did a walk thru at the beginning of the job and at completion. Niki very personable, knowledgeable and excellent with customer service. "Fil and his team are outstanding. They are the consummate professionals. We had the old tile removed, wall board replaced, and new backsplash installed. The company removing and replacing the counter top had multiple problems that caused multiple scheduling changes over a 2 week period. Fil was great about working with us to minimize downtime. The job they did was perfect. They show up when they promise, finish when they promise, and charge a fair price. They are true gentleman and look after your home as if it was their own. I will always use Rocca for any future projects."

"First, even after very detailed instructions about my expectations, 3 in-home visits to clarify all open questions, when the work began suddenly certain work details where not included anymore, and the guy who did the estimate didn't remember what we talked about. For example I requested the leveling of trims before painting since another constructor prior did a bad job. During pre-visits I was absolutely clear about what I want. After the work had began and I requested the promised quality they didn't remember that part anymore. Another major expectation I had was to seal joints on doors with panels. During winter month those joints tend to move due to drying of the wood. I asked if something can be done to fix this issue. It was promised to me that they will use a silicone which will prevent that. During this year first heating saison I can conclude that they either used a cheap or wrong silicon or simply caulk (which wasn't doing the job in the first place). I still have the same issues as before. Crown moulding joints look kind of grumpy too. Later I realized the the quarter rounds in the bathroom were sealed but not painted. The crew was OK, they had to redo a lot, which they did more or less. In summary: a lot was promised, not everything kept, quality is only fair."
