"I purchased the big deal and in general I wasn't really happy.  I’m very big into customer service because I've been taught customer service.  I've worked with Disney so I know what it's about and they didn't have it.  It's a one man business pretty much.  He has a lot of potential and he can be very nice but I do not appreciate it when somebody comes in and is talking to me while he's actually talking on his Bluetooth.  He did that a few times and I had to call him back.  I saw him coming into the yard and I walked up to say hello but he walked past me because he was on his Bluetooth.  He's young and those seem to be more normal behaviors, I get that but it's not what I want.  The plumbing that he was working with was old, which is why he had to replace it.  He had to drill in one of the holes and there was a piece of siding that splintered some, and it was about six inches long.  He told me about it that he screwed it in and that I just have to caulk it and that it will be fine but he didn’t fix it.  I had to caulk around the other pieces anyway but to me for the money I spending I wanted him to fix it but he didn't do that.  That was when I was really aggravated and wasn't going to ask him to come back and do it.  He was very nice at first but I had to call him to come back and fix them.  He walked in Bluetooth and ear and for the money I was spending I was not really happy.  I may have to call him back on the other roof because we’ve had so much rain right now that I can't figure out if its leaking or not but if it is I have to call him back.  Another thing he did which I thought was odd, I called him to let him know that the outside faucet was leaking and that he needed to come back.  I figured that it just needed to be tightened but I wanted him to do it and not me.  He said he would come back and asked me if I could call him to remind him.  I did call the next day and remind him but I just wasn't happy.  I thought the pricing was high.  He was very responsive the first time.  He was punctual and he was here when he said he was going to be."
