Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. As stated in a previous review, Vargas was honest, on time, and competitively priced! I'll continue to use Vargas Masonry and Roofing for the future work that I need on the interior brickwork and interior limestone foundation of our historic home."

Tuckpointing work looked great afterwards; blended in well. Terry came back a day or two after completing the project to clean up further as he had to leave before he completed cleaning to his satisfaction earlier in the week. We didn't expect this; it was a pleasant surprise that he came back.

"Stone Mill spent quite a bit of time helping us develop a plan for the patio, giving us plenty of time to make adjustments and to be sure we were happy with the plan. Actual construction was delayed by the unusual amount of rain in October so the timing was a little longer than anyone anticipated, but through no fault of Stone Mill. Workers were extremely courteous and conscientious about their work. We are very happy with our patio and will enjoy using it for a long, long time."
