Since my home is relatively new, he suggested that the water heater or pressure reducing valve (PRV) might still be under warranty and recommended that I check with the builder's contractor before spending money on repairs. "Our 2.5 ton upstairs A/C was leaking coolant, so we opted to replace it. Since downstairs unit is a Carrier, we picked Pope's to bid for the job, as they were listed by Carrier, had good marks on Angie's list, and were locally owned. Pope's Air responded the same day we called, and Tim Stewart came in the afternoon, and spent over an hour describing our options and costs. We received a competitive bid, and selected Pope's Air for the work. Our previous supplier had replaced our downstairs unit a couple of years back, and had put in a unit which stressed our ductwork, causing a whistle when loaded. Pope's Air volunteered to have a look at that problem, too, included at no charge. Pope's Air scheduled and came on time the following week. It took a day to do the work, and the installers were clean and professional. They came up with an inexpensive fix in the cold air return ducting, and implemented it. No more whistle. In the upstairs unit, they discovered some crushed ductwork which our previous supplier had ignored and replaced about 20' of ducts, all for a very reasonable upcharge. The A/C works fine, w/ a better airflow, and they will return for an inspection once the weather warms enough to exercise the unit. We plan to use Pope's Air for all of our Heating and A/C needs in the future. Highly recommended."

"They showed up about 10 minutes behind schedule, hence the B for punctuality, but they hit the ground running as soon as they walked through the door.  I only hoped to use them to move the biggest, most cumbersome items, and I was taking care of the rest.  They wrapped or protected those things that needed it and loaded everything extremely well.  We were on the road with the first load in about 1 1/2 hours.  We completed a second load.  In all, they moved a three piece sectional, china cabinet, oak dining table with six chairs, leather sofa and chair, two queen size rooms with furniture, two twin size rooms with furniture, patio table and chairs, grill, trampoline, and miscellaneous other pieces of furniture and boxes.  They were extremely efficient.
They were extremely professional and courteous.  However, I gave them a B because one of the gentlemen had some questionable tattoos that likely speak to his past, which I did not ask about.  He was still great to talk with and worked well.  The team was very cohesive, you could tell they have been working together for some time.
I know how hard they worked, so I also bought them lunch and gave them a decent tip.  It was well worth it!

"From the first inquiry phone call to installation everything went extremely well.  I called Stoneberger Garage doors on Friday, Mar 27, 2015, based on a recommendation from a friend.  Our garage door springs and pulleys were in need of replacement.  I spoke to Amber.  She explained the cost and process for replacement of the springs, etc.  She also told me that if my garage was a standard 8'x7", they were having a special of $850 per door which included new garage doors, and replacement of all the springs, tracks, and pulleys.  I decided to have the doors replaced.  She said that Stoneberger could replace everything on Tuesday, Mar 31st.  On Mar 31st, Keith came out removed the old garage doors and installed the new doors.  Before he left, he explained what he had done and then he insured that all old parts and doors were cleaned up and loaded on his truck.  The price was exactly as quoted.  Amber and Keith were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional through this whole process.  I am very happy with the work that Stoneberger Garage Doors did for me and I would use them again in the future.
