You can reach him when ever you need to any answer for your questions. Estimate was fairly good compared to other 5 estimates. Job was done accurately and professionally. If Eric is unable to be on property he always appointed a supervisor from his staff. If I need to hire this company again I defenetly would do it. One suggestion to potential clients: please to avoid any misunderstanding put everything on the paper, any details write down to contract.
