"I am posting this review to share my personal experience with 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric. Everything below reflects events that occurred in my home and my personal observations and opinions based on those events. My wife and I hired 128 Plumbing for an oil to gas conversion and related heating work, including the installation of a Lochinvar WHB 110 gas boiler. The total financed cost was approximately $25,371 after rebates, with an additional roughly $2,000 for a gas line related to a stove conversion. After the installation, we experienced repeated operational issues with the system. These included multiple boiler lockouts that resulted in periods without heat. When the system was running, temperatures in certain rooms were inconsistent. One bedroom used for sleeping experienced significant temperature fluctuations that made it difficult to maintain consistent comfort. Keep in mind when seeking quotes for your HVAC repair/ new install you must consider performance over equipment, that is if your want a good system that will have a good run/life span."

"Absolute ripoff, along with shady business practices. They were prompt and courteous, but that's about it. The technician came and had to replace a $200 part on my boiler, it took him under an hour to do the work. A simple Google search showed at least 10 places to buy the exact part, all around $200. No other parts were needed for this repair, I researched what is involved. I was charged almost $1000, including their $89 diagnostic fee just to walk in the door. So apparently it's a $600+/hour labor rate? I'm obviously in the wrong line of work. This was not an off hours emergency call either, it was a scheduled appointment in the middle of a weekday. The shadiest part of the entire thing was that on the invoice (that they email you later) they bury all the cost, it's not itemized i.e. labor vs parts cost. It just says replaced (part) = $1000. A super scummy and shady way to run a "professional" business, taking advantage of people who don't know any better. I wouldn't be surprised if they also sell used cars. Never again Gervais. You've all been warned."

"George A. and Nathan arrived as scheduled. They replaced the faucet, garbage disposal and cleared the clogged pipe. Throughout the time they were here, they were respectful and courteous. Whenever, I had a question, George was very responsive. After, the work was completed, I was able to test the faucet and garbage disposal. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would strongly recommend them for future jobs."
