"Amazing. I called them as a second opinion since my primary service provider was trying to repair my HVAC condenser with a very expensive trial and error approach. Fresh Air Flow was immediately available and within 20 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and it was repaired within a couple of hours. "2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years. They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.
