So we had Vander Hyde do the work and at this time it looks like they did a good job! It looks nice and seems to work. It cost more because we had the old two handle water   faucet replaced with a single one and there was some added title work done. Like I said it looks very nice. One issue that I will bring up is at first they only sent one person over and he did not seem to have a clue as to what had to be done. And in fact he had to call the boss over and the job ended up needing 3 people to complete and even with the 3 of them it took a good 3 to 4 hours.
