"It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!"

"We recently purchased a townhouse in Asheville as a second home to be near our daughter that had recently moved there. The unit had been a rental unit and need several upgrades. We replace the Formica countertops with granite and had to have the faucets replaced and the new sink drains connected. The work was done promptly and the workmanship was excellent. Just purchased a new house.   Supply valves for washing machine were leaking.   Called Peter, he asked me to take a picture of the valve and text it to him.   He called me right back and explained how I could do it myself and save a bit of $$.   The valves were so old, I was not able to get them removed.   Called him back and he came the next morning.    Replaced the valves and also fixed a simply problem with a toilet.  

He gave me some ideas for adding a utility sink and took the time to explain the plumbing in our new house and some issues to look out for in the future.  

I liked the fact that he offered alternatives to a service call and only recommended work that actually needed to be done.

 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.

"Ty was wonderful. He returned my call within minutes and was able to come out that evening t deal with the immediate problem of the leak. He removed the wet drywall and cleaned up the damage, as well as the room he worked in. When he was finished for the night, the space was clean instead of covered in drywall dust. He arranged to come back to complete the repair a week later - the delay was in part to let the damaged area fully dry and in part my own schedule. He came back on the scheduled day, on time, and replaced my shower floor and completed the repair. It looks fantastic! 
Ty is professional, polite, and a very nice guy. He does great work, is honest with his quotes, explains the problem, and was patient with my questions. His sub-contractors were also polite, professional, and did great work. I highly recommend Ty and will call him again if I ever need any help with plumbing.
