I remodeled two bathrooms and Four Seasons disconnected plumbing lines, then reconnected them after vanities were installed, and put in new faucets. Just purchased a new house.   Supply valves for washing machine were leaking.   Called Peter, he asked me to take a picture of the valve and text it to him.   He called me right back and explained how I could do it myself and save a bit of $$.   The valves were so old, I was not able to get them removed.   Called him back and he came the next morning.    Replaced the valves and also fixed a simply problem with a toilet.  

He gave me some ideas for adding a utility sink and took the time to explain the plumbing in our new house and some issues to look out for in the future.
