"I had a leak indicated from an inspection report. John and Watson came out to look and were able to get underneath the crawlspace to fix the issue. There was a slope with the laundry pipe and a small leak in the water line which they addressed. They were quick on response and fixes. They let me know they were going to be a bit late from an emergency fix but that was much appreciated because I didn’t have to wait wondering where they where at. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
